2019 RTFNZ Conference - Wairakei Resort, Taupo

24-25 September 2019 at the Wairakei Resort in Taupo. This will be an important conference as our speakers focus on mental health and wellbeing, and on the old chestnut of how to engage the next generation in our workforce. Our keynote speaker is Australian truck operator Craig Membrey.

We also will enjoy MC Ben Hurley and economist Cameron Bagrie. Hon Phil Twyford, Minister of Transport will be addressing us, as will Hon Shane Jones as Minister of Economic Development.

Road Transport Hall of Fame - 27th September 2019

Friday 27th September is a date for the calendar. The annual Road Transport Hall of Fame is a great night of celebration and networking. Starting at 5:30pm at the Bill Richardson Transport World museum, Invercargill. The event is formal/ black tie and tickets are $225 each which includes dinner and drinks.

TMC (Technical, Maintenance, Safety Conference)
14th - 16th October 2019

TMC has nearly 25 years of history and is the biggest event in Australia focusing on heavy vehicle maintenance and technical issues. TMC gives delegates the opportunity to design their own program, with high level technical sessions, compliance forums, and supplier-led product training workshops.

Includes: airfares, accommodation (1 bed apartment within walking distance) and conference registration.

BRISBANE TRUCKING TOUR

16th - 19th May 2019

A huge thanks to the 75 people who came on the first Trucking New Zealand Tour to the Brisbane Truck Show, it was a fantastic trip! Thank you to Volvo Australia and Penske Australia for hosting factory tours, Teletrac Navman for providing hospitality at the Networking Function and Brisbane Truck Show organisers for providing VIP tickets to the show.
